Student Guide - Releasing Your Phone Number to Receiving Agencies for contact tracing

Summary:
The student's phone number entered on their profile is not visible to receiving agencies unless the student authorizes this on the consent tab in their user account. When this is done, the receiving agency contact will be able to access the phone number entered on the profile once they have access to the student name.

 

Student logs in:

  1. Click the consent tab on the student profile.
  2. Click the edit icon beside "consent."

  1. Click to place a check mark in front of the box that says: "Allow Site Contacts to use my phone number for contact tracing purposes."

  2. Save the changes with the green check mark
